Yifan Motor to Unveil High-Performance Coreless DC Motors at Automate 2026 – Powering the Future of Robotics & Automation

Precision Motion Control for Robotics & Medical Applications – Exhibiting at Booth

CHICAGO, IL – AUTOMATE 2026 – Yifan Motor (Jiangnan Yifan Motor Co., Ltd., stock code: 301023.SZ), a leading Chinese manufacturer of customized micro and special gear motors established in 1993, today announced it will be exhibiting at Automate 2026. The company will showcase its latest series of High-Performance Coreless DC Motors, specifically engineered to address the rigorous technical demands of the robotics and medical automation sectors.

With the rapid advancement of humanoid robots and AI-driven automation, the market requires motion control components that offer extreme compactness without sacrificing power or precision. In response, Yifan Motor has developed a new generation of coreless motors that eliminate the iron core, resulting in significantly lower rotor inertia, higher efficiency, and faster dynamic response compared to conventional DC motors.

Designed for High-End Applications

The new motor series is available in two primary sizes, 16mm and 22mm, catering to different torque and space requirements:

  • 16mm Coreless DC Motor: Rated Voltage 12V, Rated Torque 1.4mN·M, Rated Speed up to 45,360 rpm. Ideal for compact automation instruments and prosthetic fingers.

  • 22mm Coreless DC Motor: Rated Voltage 24V, Rated Torque 11mN·M, Rated Speed up to 37,000 rpm. Suitable for surgical robot end-effectors and high-speed medical pumps.

Technical Advantages on Display:

  • Zero Cogging & High Efficiency: The ironless coil design eliminates magnetic cogging, allowing for ultra-smooth rotation at low speeds and high energy conversion efficiency.
