Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By enrolling in our technical programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
2. Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility
To enroll in our technical programs, you must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each program. Proof of eligibility may be required.
2.2 Enrollment Process
Enrollment is completed upon the submission of the required forms and payment of the initial deposit. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent via email.
3. Payment Plan
3.1 Payment Options
We offer a flexible payment plan for our technical programs. Payments can be made in full or through an installment plan.
3.2 Installment Plan
Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the program cost plus applicable taxes is required upon enrollment.
Installments: The remaining balance can be paid in 4-8 installments, due on the agreed date on the payment schedule.
3.3 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
3.4 Late Payments
Late payments will incur a fee of 2.5%. Failure to make payments within 30 days of the due date may result in suspension from the program.
4. Program Participation
4.1 Attendance
Regular attendance is required for successful completion of the program. Specific attendance requirements will be outlined in the course materials.
4.2 Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Student
Before Program Start: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 business days before the program start date for a full refund, minus the initial deposit. (or 15% of program fees)
After Program Start: Refunds will be prorated based on the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued after 2 weeks of the program.
5.2 Cancellation by Institute
Asamaka Learning Institute of Technology reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6. Program Materials
All materials provided during the course are for the exclusive use of enrolled students and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including course content, materials, and software, remains the property of Asamaka Learning Institute of Technology. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Asamaka Learning Institute of Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Data Collection
We collect personal information necessary for enrollment and participation in our programs.
9.2 Data Use
Personal information will be used solely for administrative purposes and to enhance the student experience. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
10. Amendments
Asamaka Learning Institute of Technology reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to students.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
