Simumatik Digital Simulation & Virtual Commissioning
Our learning programme leverages Simumatik to teach digital simulation and virtual commissioning using real industrial workflows. Learners design and test complete production systems; conveyors, robots, sensors, and safety logic inside a digital twin before any physical deployment.
This approach mirrors modern industry practice, helping students understand system behaviour, troubleshoot logic, validate PLC programs, and optimise performance in a risk-free, cost-effective environment. By simulating faults, timing issues, and process changes, learners gain hands-on experience that directly translates to real factory commissioning.
Integrated 3D Modelling + VIROO XR Training
We combine 3D modelling with immersive XR (Extended Reality) learning through VIROO XR. This integration allows learners to step inside their simulated factories, interact with machines, and experience real-world operating scenarios in virtual and mixed reality.
Through XR-based training, students improve spatial awareness, safety understanding, and process flow comprehension. It also supports collaborative learning, enabling teams to train together in virtual environments ideal for workforce readiness, safety drills, and advanced manufacturing education.
PLC Programming (Beginner to Industrial Level)
Our PLC programming module focuses on practical, industry aligned skills. Learners progress from fundamentals digital I/O, timers, counters, and ladder logic to advanced control concepts such as sequencing, interlocking, fault handling, and system integration.
By linking PLC code directly to Simumatik simulations and XR environments, students see how their programs control real processes in real time. This closed-loop learning method builds confidence, reinforces best practices, and prepares participants for roles in industrial automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing.
Electrical Design
This program offers a comprehensive learning pathway from fundamental electrical principles to advanced electrical design and automation practices. It covers electrical symbols, circuit theory, wiring methods, panel and system design, load calculations, and component selection, alongside hands-on training with industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN. With a strong emphasis on international safety and compliance standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and project-based, real-world applications, the program equips learners with practical skills and industry-ready knowledge for careers in electrical design, automation, and industrial engineering.
