SinceVision to Unveil New 3D Laser Profiler with Embedded Vision at VISION 2026

The manufacturing floor is getting a major visual upgrade. As industrial automation demands higher throughput without sacrificing precision, SinceVision is heading to VISION 2026 in Stuttgart this October to debut new hardware designed to bridge that exact gap.

The company is unpacking two major additions to its inspection portfolio at the massive machine vision trade fair, aiming directly at the automotive, semiconductor, and materials sectors.

Taking center stage is the upcoming SRI6000 Series. By integrating embedded vision technology directly into the sensor head, SinceVision has engineered a highly capable 3D laser profiler built specifically for complex factory floor deployments.

Alongside the new 3D laser profiler, the company is teasing the international launch of its SH8 Series high speed camera. Packed with a back side illuminated sensor, the new SH8 pushes a massive 30,000 frames per second at 1.3 megapixels, making it a serious contender for both demanding industrial environments and advanced scientific research.

For SinceVision Europe Sales Director Kevin Cheng, the new hardware is a direct response to shifting market demands.

"Manufacturers today cannot afford to compromise between speed and quality," Cheng noted. "We designed our upcoming SRI6000 Series specifically to bridge that gap, while our SH8 Series is engineered to deliver breakthrough discoveries in scientific research. We look forward to sitting down with attendees at VISION 2026 to solve their most complex inspection challenges."

Hardware specifications only tell half the story. To prove the technology works in the real world, SinceVision is setting up five active inspection stations at Hall 8 Stand 8A30. Attendees will be able to see the 3D laser profiler handle notoriously tricky applications in real time, including wafer scribing, tire inspection, automotive pin inspection, and multi camera stitching.

The company is also taking its expertise to the main stage. Cheng will speak at the Industrial VISION Days forum on Thursday, October 8, breaking down exactly how laser triangulation is adapting to meet new demands in the AI computing era.
