Neousys Edge AI Computer Now Supports Dual NVIDIA Long-Life RTX Ada GPUs
Neousys Technology, an industry-leading provider of rugged embedded systems, has announced a major upgrade to its edge AI computing platform, Nuvo-10208GC. In addition to supporting dual NVIDIA® RTX Ada GPUs, the computer now also supports long-life NVIDIA RTX 5000E Ada, and RTX 6000E Ada. The long-life GPU SKUs are critical for industrial and embedded applications, where hardware continuity and stability across the entire product lifecycle are paramount.
Traditional consumer or data center GPUs are often discontinued within 12-18 months, creating major challenges for long-term projects, especially those in regulated or mission-critical environments. With support for dual NVIDIA’s RTX Ada long-life, high-performance GPUs with product lifespan up to 2030, Nuvo-10208GC delivers exceptional computational throughput for advanced vision processing, deep learning inference, and real-time AI workloads. Its patented dual GPU locking brackets ensure mechanical reliability even under continuous shock and vibration, making it ideal for mobile and harsh industrial environments at the edge. This allows original lab-designed GPUs to be mass-deployed into the field for applications such as autonomous vehicle HD map collection, AI inspection in waste/ recycling, utilizing AI for medicine and FDA certification, etc.
Nuvo-10208GC features ignition power control for in-vehicle deployments, protecting against electrical instability during power transitions. It also includes extensive I/O connectivity, such as USB 3.2, 2.5G LAN, COM ports, and an option for 10G Ethernet, meeting the demands of diverse edge applications. For expansion, it offers three additional PCIe slots for frame grabbers, GMSL2 camera cards, or other AI accelerators. Internal expansion includes two full-size mini-PCIe slots for modules like CAN bus, WiFi, or COM, along with an M.2 B key for 4G LTE or 5G NR wireless communication. Storage options include a Gen4x4 NVMe M.2 slot, an easy-access 2.5" SATA tray, and an optional M.2 SSD tray for fast and flexible data handling.
