The SRI7060D 3D Laser Profiler ensures high-speed, high-precision coplanarity measurement of automotive pins at 2,500–10,000 Hz, minimizing connection defects and improving assembly reliability.

2. Lithium Battery Weld Seam Inspection
With scanning speeds up to 67,000 fps, the SRI8060H 3D Laser Profiler detects weld defects such as blowholes and surface pits, enhancing both safety and consistency in lithium battery manufacturing.

3. Glass Bottle Wall Thickness Measurement
The SCI10015 Spectral Confocal Sensor performs non-contact, high-speed thickness measurement, ensuring uniformity and safety in glass packaging production lines.

4. Steel Rod Diameter Detection
The SE1 and SE2 Edge Sensors deliver precise edge and diameter measurements for metal, reflective, or transparent materials — ideal for automated quality inspection.

5. Color Recognition and Sorting
The SS1 Color Sensor, featuring RGB three-channel technology, accurately identifies subtle color differences — supporting sorting, assembly verification, and color-matching tasks in consumer goods production.
