Flex-Line Automation, Inc. to feature CAPTRON at PACK EXPO 2026

Chester, IL – 9/11/26 – Flex-Line Automation, Inc. is an integrator that focuses on bringing comprehensive material handling solutions to their customers, and as part of that they are excited to announce that they will be featuring CAPTRON products and personnel in booth 6204 in conjunction with their own conveyance, robotic case erecting, and palletizing demonstrations and experts.

Both companies are A3 members.

The demos designed for this PACK EXPO emphasize the importance of collaboration, and the ingenuity that you have come to expect from Flex-Line Automation. They give visitors an idea of the range of solutions that the Women Owned Small Business can provide.

At PACK EXPO, CAPTRON will showcase technologies designed to improve efficiency and reliability across packaging and production environments. A live Put-Wall demonstration integrated in with Flex-Line’s patented boxEZ collaborative robot box erector features CAPTRON’s oneGRID software and Pick-to-Light technology showing how light-guided workflows can help streamline order fulfillment, sorting, and other material-handling processes while improving speed and accuracy.

CAPTRON will also demonstrate its hygienic capacitive touch button technology in a live washdown “aquarium” demo featuring one of Flex-Line Automation’s hygienic stainless steel conveyors. The combination highlights sensor and material handling solutions engineered for demanding food and beverage processing and packaging environments.

Together, the demonstrations give PACK EXPO attendees a hands-on look at different material handling solutions provided by Flex-Line Automation and the incredible CAPTRON technologies that span both intelligent material flow and hygienic machine operation.
